General Biography

new profile (2)From a young age, I felt called to serve. After receiving a BA/Liberal Arts degree with honors in 1989 from Hood College in Frederick, MD, and a brief career in Environmental Science (Ecology and Marine Biology), my inner calling rapidly led me to pursue the healing arts, and to dive passionately into my spiritual awakening. It began with the study of herbalism and holistic healing, which later incorporated gifts from the ancient Indian healing science of Ayurveda.

I received my massage certification from the Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington DC, in 1991, and moved shortly after to the Catskill Mountains of New York where I had a private practice and immersed myself in seminars and workshops exploring a full spectrum of the healing arts and spirituality before moving to Wisconsin, where I am based now.

In the mid-1990′s, I underwent a spiritual awakening and complete healing catalyzed by  A Course in Miracles, the illuminate masterpiece for the transformation and enlightenment of humanity. This universal treasure is often referred to as the “Advaita Vedanta of the West” or the”Yoga of the Christ.”  My life is dedicated to this magnificent, on-going experience and to sharing its immensely transforming light.  I offer workshop/immersions, online courses and Spiritual Life Coaching for those that genuinely desire to experience real personal transformation and healing through the gifts of self-enquiry, radical forgiveness, meditation/prayer, present moment intuitive awareness, and to discover practical tools for living in peace, wisdom and grace. My other passion is writing mystic poetry, which I hope to share and inspire you with soon when I publish my first book!

KrispiniyoginiI also love to extend this transforming light through the profound wisdom and beautiful practice of Yoga. I  received my Yoga Alliance certification in 2010 at the Sivananda Ashram and Yoga Retreat in Paradise Island, Bahamas.  My  expression of yoga, healing work and life in general, focuses on the meaning of “Yoga” in the truest sense of the word, as “Union”…“Yoking with Source/God,”  which dissolves all sense of separation and fear. In the quantum leap to this true awareness, all else is resolved naturally.

It is my joy to offer private and group classes in classic Hatha Yoga for all levels and abilities.  I will help you to find the practice and pace that is ideal for you, bringing freshness, light and fun into every session.

Join me and experience the deep peace, vitality, joy and freedom that are your natural state!    SEE REVIEWS & TESTIMONIALS HERE
